Jerry graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business in 1972. He is a CPA with an extensive background in strategic planning, operations, marketing, and finance. He has held senior management positions with several central Pennsylvania companies, and joined Eichelbergers in December 1996 as executive vice president of finance and administration. In December 1999, he become president and CEO. In January 2003, Jerry purchased the company and added chairman of the board to his titles. He is responsible for all the company’s management and operational functions.

Ted oversees the daily operations of the commercial, environmental, and residential markets, and directs the corporate marketing and capital budget strategies. A graduate of Dickinson College, he joined the company in 1990 and is experienced in all areas of the groundwater industry. Ted’s vigorous work ethic ensures the successful completion of projects within schedule and within budget, meeting the needs of the company’s clients

Luke graduated with a B.S. degree in occupational safety and health management from Millersville University in 1993. As a certified health and safety professional, he is responsible for compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.

Matt has worked in the environmental industry since earning his B.S. degree in environmental resource management from The Pennsylvania State University. He served two years as an intern chemist for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and two years as a geologist on petroleum-impacted sites. Matt joined the company in November 1996 as an environmental project manager, and became the commercial group vice president in October 1999.

A 1994 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Lee graduated with a B.S. degree in environmental resources management, with an emphasis in groundwater and soil. His field experience includes working with the Adams County Soil Conservation District and two years of performing aquifer testing. He joined the company in November 1994 as a senior commercial project manager and become the domestic group vice president in April 2001.

Kelly is a graduate of Shippensburg University, with a degree in Geo-Environmental Science, a certified Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) with laboratory, consulting, risk management and loss control experience. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Compliance Director (CECD). Kelly is responsible for the development and implementation of safety consultation services.

Dan received a B.S. degree in geo-environmental studies from Shippensburg University in 2004. His experience includes fieldwork in our environmental and commercial drilling departments prior to achieving his current position.

Ken has extensive field experience in all types of drilling, including mud rotary and simultaneous casing advancement. He specializes in commercial and municipal water-supply projects, and in well rehabilitation. Ken is a 1988 graduate of Lock Haven University.

Paul has 20 years of experience as a master mechanic installing high-volume pumps and water systems, constructing groundwater remediation systems, and implementing a variety of piping and trenching projects. His education includes training in pumps, motors, and electrical control systems. He provides technical assistance to engineers regarding project planning, helping ensure the completion of jobs on time and within budget.

Joe has 36 years in the drilling business, ranging from operating drilling equipment to owning and managing a 16-rig geotechnical drilling company. He currently focuses on developing the geotechnical drilling market by providing superior customer service both for private and public entities. He earned an associate degree in engineering technology from Harrisburg Area Community College.

Dwayne’s experience includes 10 years as a master driller in early groundwater investigations. In addition to working throughout Pennsylvania, he holds driller certifications for Maryland and West Virginia, and is a National Groundwater Association certified contractor. He provides technical assistance to engineers and geologists regarding project planning for the installation of monitoring and recovery wells.

Chuck has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Elizabethtown College, a Bachelors Degree in Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University and is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Jennifer has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Jennifer has worked for other construction companies previously with similar responsibilities.

Bob joined the company in 1992. His responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating jobs, allocating equipment, participating in the pre-bid process, managing personnel, maintaining the fleet of equipment, and visiting active job sites. Prior to attaining his current position, he operated an air rotary drill rig for six years. His previous experience includes management positions with the U.S. Army.

Dave oversees domestic water well drilling and pump installations for the mechanicsburg office serving the greater Central PA area. Dave specializes in working with home builders and new homeowners to fullfil their water needs.

A 1997 graduate of the University of South Florida, Mark received a B.S. degree in environmental science and policy, and an M.A. in physical geography. His experience includes working in environmental consulting. He performs site assessments and oversees environmental and water-supply well drilling, the operation and maintenance of soil and groundwater remediation systems, construction, UST removals, and GIS tasks.

Dave is responsible for providing management and operational support for his department. Among other duties, he prepares proposals for project bids and provides appropriate customer follow-up. Since 1988, he has been a senior mechanic coordinating many pump, remediation, and water-supply construction projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC, and served in the U.S. Air Force as a non-commissioned officer.

Mike has extensive experience in water well drilling as an operator and as manager. Mike oversees the York office and co-ordinates all domestic drilling operations for southern PA and Maryland

Keith has been with the company since 1987. He is a certified water-quality specialist. Prior to reaching his current position, he worked in the field, installing water treatment systems for commercial and residential application

Kevin has been with the company since 1985. His focus is field employee development and training. In addition to working throughout Pennsylvania, his accreditations include Maryland driller certification, a West Virginia driller license, and National Groundwater Association

Chris joined Eichelbergers, Inc. in 1988. Chris’s focus is developing and training employees in drilling techniques and methodology. Prior to advancing to his current position, Chris was a senior drilling in the Environmental Drilling Department. Chris maintains a National Ground Water Association certification and is licensed in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia.

scott has been with Eichelbergers since 1988

Kristen is a graduate of Millersville University, with a degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management, a Certified Human Resources Manager (SHRM) with extensive production experience. Kristen is responsible for provision of safety consultation services.
